Sweet Infinity is a French-inspired patisserie, first founded by pastry chef Leanne Beck, who opened the Woolloomooloo flagship store in 2007. The Strand Arcade branch was opened in 2010, designed as a retail store and operating under different management.
Foodi Favourite: Lemon Meringue Tart
A key staple to the Sweet Infinity experience is their lemon meringue tart. The sweet, dark pastry encases a zingy lemon mousse, topped by a crunchy meringue. This special was brought over from the original store, and remains one of their most popular items to date.

Other Favourites: Brownies, Pecan Tart, Lemon Tart
Sweet Infinity also has a reputation for simple brownies that are packed with flavour without the need for additions. Whereas most brownies would contain nuts or a flavour twist of some sort, the brownies from Sweet Infinity are plain chocolate, which has a certain rustic charm.
